Morro Bay Harbor is just a wonderful place to find subject matter for  paintings. These boats were a lot of fun to paint. This painting is done in a  fun style that I developed myself. I begin with floating pools of color on  the Illustration Board. After the paint has dried, I remove the paint from  specific areas, leaving an image that shows loose exciting color trapped in controlled images.
