To order, simply fill out the item stock number, description and price on this order form. If you have more than one item please wait and fill out the order form all at once. You will have to make a note of the stock numbers and prices of the items you wish to purchase as you go through the gallery.Then add up the shipping and tax if applicable and enter the total for your order. Then fill out your shipping information and send the order by hitting the send button. That's all there is to it. If you have more items, send one full form and then start another one.

I ship all my merchandise via United States Postal Service, Priority Mail with tracking and also insure items over $50. Postage varies for the different items that I have on my website, anywhere from $6.00 to $18.00. Please contact me for the correct postage costs before you place your order. International Postage is a lot more than Domestic Postage. If you have an email address I will notify you of the ship date. If you return merchandise I do not refund shipping but will refund 100% of your purchase price. If you have any questions, please phone, fax or e-mail me and I will be glad to answer them.

References are available, and I am happy to furnish them if you wish.
